Warehouse Position
Snacktime Vending, a leading regional vending company, is accepting applications for a full-time warehouse position. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace, enjoys physical work, and brings a strong attention to detail.
This role plays a critical part in keeping our operation running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage inventory accurately, and assist other departments when needed.
Responsibilities
- Pull and organize orders for delivery routes
- Receive incoming deliveries and stock inventory
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with installation and removal of vending and micro market equipment at customer locations
- Collaborate with route drivers and warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move loads of up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is a bonus (but not required)
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Proven reliability and positive attendance history
- Comfortable with physical labor and working on your feet throughout the day

MICRO MARKET VENDING ROUTE DRIVER

Micro Market Route Driver
Snacktime Vending, a leading regional vending company, is seeking energetic, driven, and technologically savvy applicants to fill a full-time position as a Micro Market Route Driver. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual who possesses excellent problem-solving skills and solid people skills that can be confirmed from reliable references.
A Micro Market Route Driver is considered an employee that drives a commercial van daily (no CDL required), and when in the warehouse, utilizes a Windows PC and/or an Apple iPad to generate inventory orders. Once orders are generated, the driver physically allocates, loads, and transports to customer locations. On location, the driver stocks and maintains open-air retail markets that consist of snack displays, food, soda, coffee, condiments, supplies, and self-checkout equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting micro market operations including servicing, cleaning, restocking, and inventorying daily on location
- Utilizing computer software to generate inventory orders and reports
- Managing and controlling inventory levels in a professional manner
- Ensuring that micro markets are always fully stocked, clean, and operational
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication
- Providing sales support
- Pushing individual products based on margin
- Offering new items when available
- Up-selling other services
- Demonstrating basic computer literacy and comfortability with technology in general
- Managing routes and logistics
Qualifications
- A proven track record of independent problem solving and strong time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- High energy and strong work ethic
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift and move heavy loads of up to 50 lbs.
- History of customer service
- Proven dependability/attendance record
- Previous use of technology and software
